Cooking Instructions

The protein cooking time listed in this recipe has been updated.

Check out the latest recommended times in our Cooking Guidelines.

Get the fish going

  • Heat your grill to high.
  • Put the sea bass fillets on a baking tray lined with foil, spritz with cooking spray and grill for 6-8 mins until cooked through and flaking.

Boil your pasta

  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water for 7-8 mins, then drain.

Prep & fry

  • At the same time, trim and halve the green beans, then peel and finely dice the onions.
  • Spritz a large non-stick frying pan with cooking spray and put it over a medium-high heat. Fry the green beans, onions and baby tomatoes for 5 mins.
  • Add the chilli flakes (to taste), oregano and the garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.

Sauce things up!

  • Crumble in half the stock cube and pour in 150ml water (use all the stock and 200ml water for 4 portions), along with the passata. Simmer for 4-5 mins until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Bring everything together

  • Stir the pasta into the arrabbiata sauce, then top with the grilled sea bass and serve.
