We operate this website to provide our customers with the ability to purchase from a selection of recipes, so that we can deliver the food boxes straight to the customer.   6. Children. Our website is not intended for children and in this respect we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

  7. Incoming and outgoing telephone calls. If we speak to you by telephone about your order or any other enquiry we may record your call for the legitimate interests of quality monitoring and training purposes. This may include calls involving business mobile devices. The voice recording system will be operated with due regard for the privacy of individual employees and callers to Slimming World Kitchen. All employees working in areas where call recording is activated are aware of its use. Employees can disable call recording and are trained and aware of the process required. If no pre-recorded message is available, employees must inform the caller that their call is being recorded.   1. The success of the Slimming World business depends upon your trust and we do not sell or share your personal information for marketing or promotion of third-party products.

Your interactions and orders with Slimming World Kitchen are processed using the ordering and administration services of Mindful Chef Ltd who operate and host the Slimming World Kitchen website, and it is they who will hold your personal information and ordering history on our behalf. At all times Slimming World Kitchen is the owner of the information collected through our online products and services.

  3. For the purposes set out in the HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA section we may have to share your personal data with the following parties:

    1. External Third Parties such as:
      1. Service providers (including any third party sub-processors) and developers based in (and outside) the UK who provide IT and system administration (including email, payment software and hosting) services.
      2. Specialist suppliers for the packing, dispatch and delivery of our products (based in the UK) or for the collection of any items dispatched by you.

10. How long will you retain my personal data for?

Where we have processed your personal data to provide you with marketing communications with consent, we may contact you at least every 12 (twelve) months to ensure you are happy to continue receiving such communications. If you tell us that you no longer wish to receive such communications, your personal data will be removed from our marketing lists (and will be added to a "do not contact" list).
